About Us
Catalytics Learning was founded by Harvard and Western University graduates Farhan Karim and Qaleem Rawji, who bring a wealth of international experience and first-hand knowledge of university admissions processes. Our team is strengthened by the expertise of Faizel Rawji, an award-winning educator with over 25 years of experience in public education. Together, we combine academic excellence, business acumen, and extensive educational leadership to guide students through their academic journeys. Our diverse backgrounds and commitment to improving access to educational opportunities make us uniquely positioned to help you achieve your academic and career goals.
Farhan Karim
Farhan Karim is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Catalytics Learning. Farhan is a Harvard, McGill and University of London graduate, and is well versed with university admissions processes across Europe and North America. His areas of expertise include strategic planning, education management, communications and writing. He brings an international perspective, having worked and lived in Europe, East Africa, Central Asia, and North America. Farhan is also a certified educator and brings deep experience with the K-12 education system.
Qaleem Rawji
Qaleem Rawji is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Catalytics Learning. Qaleem is a business student at Western University., Qaleem previously worked as a Management Analyst at Loft Co. Consulting, where he worked to improve client efficiency and reduce costs. He brings expertise and a foundation in business strategy, financial analysis and problem-solving. Qaleem brings his passion for improving access to educational opportunities and his first hand successful experience with university admissions makes him a valuable resource for those planning their post-secondary journey.
Faizel Rawji
Faizel Rawji is the Head of International Education for the Sea to Sky School District and previously served as Principal with the Surrey School District. He has received several awards, including Canada's Outstanding Principals Award and the Surrey Now Community Leaders Award. He recently co-authored a book being published by Pacific Press at the University of British Columbia called “Insider’s Guide to K-12 Education in British Columbia.” Faizel has over 25 years of experience in public education and works with many post-secondary institutions in his current role.
